Now I'm even more in between concept and design on different clients and have a lot of fun with design sprints. I've also been managing our dual students together with a colleague since August 2023.

With the company merger, I ended up in the newly founded Innovation Design Team. This allowed me to focus even more on design systems and I was Design System Lead on a large health care account for almost 2 years. In between, I was always able to take part in pitches and design sprints.

After the takeover by the company, my focus was on design systems and immersive designs that use new technologies

My dual study programm at the DHBW was characterised by versatility right from the start. Thanks to the close collaboration with the company, I focussed on UI/UX design at an early stage. This practical experience gave my broad-based degree programme a targeted direction and enabled me to deepen my passion for UI/UX.
